Drain Maintenance/PPM
Whether you need a degrease or descale, we can help you. Our PPM packages are self catered and are worked out in accordance to your specific issue. We carry out this clean using mechanical equipment, referred to as a “drain snake” this is a small metal chain which cleans the circumference of the pipe. We also use High Pressure Water Jetting machines to wash down and clear any build up in the drains, both internally and externally.
Blocked Internal Drains
Blocked internal drains are a common issue in homes and can be caused by a variety of factors, including hair, soap scum, grease and food pparticles. Some signs may include gurgling, bad smells, slow draining water and water backing up into other facilities. Its important to address the issue as soon as possible to prevent further damage. We can investigate and fix the issue on the same day.
Camera Surveys
Are you experiencing a high amount of blockages, nasty odours or are wanting to check the condition of your drainage pipes? Our camera surveys can produce an in depth report of findings, including: condition, materials length and routes of pipework.

Appliance Plumbing
Never had a washing machine fitted and need one, no plumbing to cater? We can install both the cold water feed and waste pipe for any new appliances including washing machines, dishwashers, water fountains and more.
Waste Pipe/Soil Pipe
Do you have an old dated rusty cast iron soil pipe? We can replace this for UPVC, in black/grey. Over time the old pipes can start to leak, come apart and generally wear down, with most homeowners opting to get theres replaced. All types of waste pipe replaced/installed.
Blocked External Drains
Blocked External Drains- Blocked external drains are a common problem for most home owners, they can be caused by a buildup of scale, leaves, dirt or excess paper. If left untrested, blocked drains can cause water damage to your property, along with foul odours. Call us as soon as possible.
Drain Repair
Here at Young Drains we have many different way of repairing your drains. The two are split up into dig and non-dig.
NON-DIG If we have found a crack, or misplaced joint, we can repair this using our non-dig equipment. Patch liners come in 2 sizes, 600mm and 1m. By installing a patch liner, which is of a fibre glass material, this solidifies and moulds itself in the pipe, covering any damage. Your pipe is good as new. We can also line an extended run of up to 10m, this is where we install the liner the whole length of the pipe, not just a small section. This occurs when there are several issues in the same line. (please note: pitch fibre cannot be lined or patched)
DIG Where an above ground solution isnt suitable, we have no choice but to dig the pipe. Our team have years of experience in pipe excavation and will repair the pipe in no time.
Grease Traps
We offer a variety of different sized grease traps to cater for all needs, from 5L to 100L. With blockages in the mains rising due to the grease deposits, the water board are hot on the heels of any restaurants failing to comply. If you are producing food commericially then it is a legal requirement to have a grease trap installed to properly manage your waste.
Outdoor/Indoor Taps
Looking to replace your two taps for a single mixer, call us now. From Kitchen, Bathroom or Outside taps, we supply and insatll all. We also can fit customer supplied taps.
Saniflo/Macerator
A saniflo would be used when natural gravity waste cannot be installed in the area, so you pump the waste (in most cases) up and over into the nearest soil pipe. We can replace and install new saniflo’s, along with all additional waste pipe runs for the unit.
Toilets/Basins
From replacing like for like units or installing new, we can do it all.
